We just received some very exciting news. The grand exchange max cash limit is going to be increased. This max cash limit has existed in the game since the beginning. 2.147b is the max item stack you can have, most notably coins.

This restriction has caused some issues as some items have reached prices higher and thus get traded on secondary markets. Not only is this inconvenient, but it also opens up a world of scams and price manipulation.
