In a similar way to the warlock contraverse hold + 15% weaken combination titans can mimic this using flechette storm and singularity blade to great effect. I assume this works due to a memory issue processing multiple hits at once with a unique modifier on top of them (flechette and handheld supernova both hit multiple times per cast) and the damage chunking occurs somewhat consistently.
To do this you critically need:
- singularity blade (artifact mod)
- flechette storm (aspect)
- wormgod caress (damage multiplier)
- vexcalibur (artifact enabler)
Really helpful to have:
- power from pain (artifact mod)
- banner of war (damage multiplier)
- 200 melee stat (damage multiplier)
