SwitchBackMongo | The Dragon Destroys My End Project | Hardcore Minecraft ep. 55 @SwitchBackMongo | Uploaded August 2021 | Updated October 2024, 9 hours ago.
Today I respawn the ender dragon at my completed end project in Hardcore Minecraft.
After spending almost 6 months in the end, I transformed my main island into my best mega project that holds an enderman farm and a wither kill chamber. Before building it though, I fought the ender dragon here 20 times to get my 20 gateway portals so that I wouldn't have the urge to get those after completing my build.
However, with the 1.17 update, Mojang has added the "is it a plane?" advancement which would require me to fight the dragon one last time. As a player who had all advancements complete in 1.16, the only way I can continue to have all advancements is if I take the risk and respawn the dragon...
It's been a battle with myself as I decided if this challenge was worth it or not and there's no denying that it's going to hurt. But I think if I can come out of this alive, I can make it worthwhile with some new additions to the builds. I hope you enjoy the video.

This isn't the same as The Battle for Endlantis, or the time that Dream Respawned the dragon during a manhunt. This is me letting the dragon destroy my Minecraft builds intentionally, The project that I completed for 2000 days in Hardcore Minecraft. It only makes sense to respawn the dragon here just before surviving 3000 days in Hardcore Minecraft.
