Dometic Recon System
The Dometic Design Team introduces the Recon Cooler System — a modular, vehicle-optimized cooler system developed at our HQ in Stockholm. Designed around real storage spaces and real travel routines, Recon was built to reduce wasted space, improve packability, and deliver reliable ice-free cooling. From early sketches to final prototypes, every detail was refined to work as one integrated system. Hard and soft coolers stack cleanly, travel securely, and adapt to how you pack for the road.
Key Features:
► Vehicle-Optimized Design: Developed around real trunk and cargo dimensions to maximize usable space without unnecessary bulk.
► Stackable Modular System: Hard and soft coolers are designed to stack securely, increasing storage capacity without increasing footprint.
► Lightweight Durability: Injection-moulded construction and premium insulation deliver strength and cold retention while reducing weight.
► Smart Access & Ergonomics: Dual-opening removable lid and ergonomic handles improve access, loading, and everyday usability.
Designed in Stockholm and built for life in motion, Recon combines pack efficiency, modular flexibility, and reliable cooling into one cohesive system that adapts to every trip.
