This is probably the best outcome you can get for House of Ashes. In order to get this ending, here's what I did:
* I kept Merwin the technician alive long enough for him to fix the radio so air support could be called. He gets killed shortly afterwards, as he and Clarice are the only 2 characters who are doomed to die regardless and won't affect your "everyone lives" runs. I also, as Eric, chose to accept air support at the beginning.
* I made sure Jason and Salim befriended each other and, as Jason, went back to save Salim in the vampire hive before the point where this video starts.
* As Rachel and Eric, I made sure they were sympathetic and friendly to each other to the point of, despite Eric cutting the rope to save his own life and later finding out Rachel was having an affair with Nick, Rachel chose to get back together with Eric and Nick took it well.
* Basically make sure all of your characters are honest and decent people in the dialogue choices.
* I made sure Eric knows vampires are sensitive to UV (you need to ensure Nick and Salim double team and take down a vampire when they first meet early on) and thus saves Rachel from turning with the UV light instead of killing her or putting her in a cocoon. This should be relatively easy to have happen as long as he and Rachel have a good relationship.
* Decline to bring the White Phosphorous with you early on. I don't know if that affects acting, but I did that just to be safe. Don't want to be committing a war crime!
* DON'T fuck up the quicktime events except for not choking Merwin during the morphine injection scene early on and when Rachel struggles to escape when everyone realizes she's infected.
