This is the beginning of what will probably be a VERY long hunt with potentially HUNDREDS of phases. Not every shiny fossil will get their own video of course, but I wanted to catalogue the first shiny fossil to celebrate the luck, explain the concept of the hunt, and knock out a bingo spot on my 2025 board. Maybe you'll want to do this super rare shiny hunt too? Let's make it race. Who will find it first? Race for Shiny Alpha Fossils! Pokémon Scarlet and Violet were developed, marketed, and shipped JUST for me. Sorry all the millions of other people who have this game, its actually mine.
