In this video I take a deep dive into the 2006 film adaption of P.D. James’ dystopian novel The Children of Men - a story about a world plagued by global infertility. I contrast the essential differences between the book and the film, and explain why, even though I consider it to be a great piece of cinema, the movie failed to scale the heights of the original novel.
