This is the 4th version of mida mini tool and it’s by far the best. It still gets incandescent just like the previous version but instead of being forced to pair it with threat detector, we can actually get it with 3 great perks. First of all it gets heal clip to heal after you get a kill and reload. So between this and incandescent, it provides a ton of value especially to solar builds. Or if you don’t care about healing you can swap heal clip out for loose change. This will increase your reload speed each time you apply an elemental debuff which is going to be constantly since scorch is considered a debuff. Or if you want to print orbs of power with it you can swap to attrition orbs. And if you’re really lucky you can get the OMEGA God Roll which has all of these perks on the same tier 5.
