In this video I make shoulder cosplay armor for The Batman cosplay out of EVA foam. There is a link to free patterns below if you would like to make your own.
Materials: 5/16 EVA foam mats for main shoulder and arm base patterns, 5 mm EVA foam for main shoulder accent, arm plates1,2,3,4. All other patterns are 2 mm EVA foam. Velcro, scrap leather
Sealer: Plasti dip
Paints: dupli color charcoal gray flat vinyl coating, testors model paint black, model masters gold model paint
Adhesives: hot glue, contact cement, super glue
Tools: scissors/xacto knife, cutting mat, hot glue gun, heat gun, dremel 4000 rotary tool
