Do you see fast moving white zig-zagging dots when you look at a blue sky? If so, you could be seeing a blue field entoptic phenomenon. These are actually your white blood cells traveling through your blood vessels in the back of your eye. The white blood cells transmit light to the photoreceptor cells make them visible as they move.
