Call of Duty Warzone Ultimate Optimization Guide Heart of Battle 2020-10-30 | Please read this entire description! Timestamps are below for mobile viewers and the timeline is interactive for those on PC.This guide was made during Warzone Season 6 and should help most/all system configurations, even in future updates. If anything major changes, I will remove the video. Please understand that troubleshooting can differ on a case by case basis, and not everybody's issues are caused by the same things.I've experienced severe Warzone performance issues, especially after upgrading to an RTX 3080 which is the opposite of how it should work. This guide should help those experiencing issues with Nvidia 30 series GPUs, but will also work for others. I have spent countless hours troubleshooting Warzone and through extensive research I have finally been able to achieve smooth gameplay. If you mirror my settings, you should hopefully be able to do the same. I have often thought to myself "lol that's not going to do anything" or "I shouldn't have to do that with these specs" when watching videos or reading solutions, but after swallowing my pride and trying things anyway I've been surprised to see that a combination of them have worked.IMPORTANT: One thing I forgot to mention. Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options, and set your power plan to Ultimate Performance. If you don't see that option, look up how to enable it or at least select High Performance. For those wondering, my specs include a 9900K and RTX 3080.To clarify the Regedit part, since I kind of botched it:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore GameDVR_Enabled=0HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\ApplicationManagement\AllowGameDVR value=0I genuinely believe that if I revert all of these settings, Warzone would go back to being a stuttering mess.
