The Tax Collector is a new NPC in Terraria 1.3. He doesn't sell anything, but instead gives you money. I got this inspiration of doing something related to Duck Tales, and the Tax Collector fit that profile very well. Hope you enjoy my take on the Tax Collector.

This boss isnt finished, but I felt like showing you atleast how it looks and how the attacks work. I didnt want to just show a cheese kill, so I summoned it three times. Using a shield works quite well in this fight, so Id recommend it.
My Starbound videos wont have a lot of editing in them at the start - since its only beta. And woohoo Terraria is getting christmas patch soonish :)
