whelp broke another game

controls get very weird at this speed, like the lock delay is sometimes there sometimes not? and the I piece wont rotate at the top of the board, a la sega tetris, which is just a massive pain and would probably kill scoring at lvl 30 speeds if it didn't, y'know crash there.
