Ted Bundy is the most "celebrated" serial killer in the United States. In fact, he may have very well started the term serial killing. Between 1974 and 1977 he murdered at least 30 women.
What made him kill and what can we learn from him and his victims? How did this charismatic, good looking, seemingly normal man devolve into a perfect killing machine?
Part 1 will examine his upbringing and his first two "confirmed" victims - Karen Sparks and Lynda Healy. Sparks survived the assault but did Bundy learn from that and take that lesson with him when he abducted Healy a month later?
