Description: Just a quick video on the relays on the H2587G Attenuator board in the Tektronics TDS3054 Oscilloscope. Although this about the ASLD4.5W K Switching Relay, the same principle applies to all the TDS series Signal Switching Relays and what to look for when troubleshooting the TDS series that contain these type of relays.
The best way to describe them are set or reset they don't revert back to the last position they were in when the power is removed they remain in whatever position they were in when power was removed. I guess you could say they are like mechanical flip flops.
