RealHousewifeRachel 2022-01-27 | Full recipe:1.5 cups warm water2 tsp instant yeast4 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp salt2 Tbsp milk powder2 Tbsp sugar2 Tbsp softened butter2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp orange extract1 cup raisins1 cup dried cranberriesIcing:2 1/4 cups powdered sugar3 Tbsp melted butter3 Tbsp whole milk2 tsp vanilla1 tsp orange extract1. Mix all ingredients together until dough pulls cleanly away from the bowl. Knead for 5 minutes.2. Remove dough from bowl. Form into a ball. Place into oiled bowl, top side down. Rotate, turn over. Cover with cloth and let rise 1 hour, or until doubled. Deflate dough.3. Form into a loaf. Place in Pullman Pan. Put cover on. Let rise again for 30 minutes. 4. Bake 30 minutes.
