Thanks to @Molkirill and Subunion for help with transcribing and recreating the piano sample.
Noise channel drums at the end are made with the help of phase reset timer. As well as bass waves. And yeah, the piano sample weighs around 470KiB because it's 44100Hz unsigned 8-bit PCM which took almost all free Flash memory inside STM32F303RE.
See pinned comment for GitHub link because apparently YouTube persuades me to flood the channel with shorts and community posts to allow me to paste links there (as I always could until around 1.5 years ago).
Music is "Alloyrun" main theme by Jeroen Tel.
Music is "Lost Memories" by Pator.
Welcome to a new dawn.
This is a cover of "Lunatico" C64 demo soundtrack originally made by LFT aka Linus Åkesson.
I wanted to make it all the way back from 2021, but only around a month ago I decided what system to use (should have probably gone with 2×SID2 for more accuracy) and became confident enough that my skill would be sufficient for a decent cover. And I still kinda don't like it, because bass duty cycle isn't tempo-synced, as well as PWM lead in the first part. It was originally done to make it play on real Flipper Zero, but I quickly realized that even part 1 will have too many instruments. The whole cover also uses more than 256 unique patterns so it's definitely not possible with current Flizzer Tracker limitations. However, I may make a part 1 excerpt that will be small enough to play on real Flipper.
Thanks to Amphibit/Zaxolotl for transcribing the notes for part 2 (orders 4E-5D). Other notes in part 2 are either from jsidplay2's siddump feature or from Abstract64's OpenMPT cover of the "Lunatico End" part.
Thanks to Syboxez for making part 1 NES cover (in FamiTracker) which I also used as a reference.
Notice that pattern length and speed for orders 5F-85 were chosen incorrectly. Instead of speed 8 I should have used groove 11 11 10 (so instead of "PAL speed 3" it would be "PAL speed 4", I believe that LFT used speed transition in the beginning of order 5F) and different pattern length, but I realized it when it was too late. That's why in that orders notes placement is weird and there are a lot of "note delay" commands.
Module will be available in Furnace-B demos folder soon.
P.S. There was a heavy rain outside when I was recording this. Peak vibe.
god why it's short i fucking hate youtube

Tildearrow did initial FamiTracker import but it was incomplete. It supported only note data (without instruments) and it did not load most of the modules with expansion chips. What I did was improving of the import routine so it supports almost all modules now (including Dn-FT and E-FT).
Tildearrow added my import improvements to the main Furnace, but without compatibility flags and instrument duplication, so my version works a little better. It's still just an import, so it's not ideal, but I think it's good enough.

Sound is added during editing, the tracker only displays a picture.

Differences from SID: per-channel volume control (4-bit), three more wave mix modes, three more noise modes (tonal, Atari/PoKEY-like), one more octave range (highest note with default 1 MHz clock is A#8), no ADSR envelope bugs, separate filter per channel (12-bit cutoff, 8-bit resonance control)
This localization functionality will eventually be added to my fork of Furnace tracker: github.com/LTVA1/furnace
Now the fork has two more chips (ES5503 and ESFM) and some QoL improvements, but a lot of more substantial stuff is planed, stay tuned.
I also work on adding Ensoniq ES5503, so that's why not so many videos
Tape is 8 meters long
Dropped repeating arpeggio-like melody sections because couldn't make them sound decent on the box
Which led to making a pull request for making C64 inst editor better (changes already in unstable build)

Used new style portamento there (now it has memory).

All chips are somewhat supported except VRC7. FDS FM is not supported. S5B effects support very limited.
Very old .ftm modules aren't supported yet, most likely you can bring them to klystrack by re-saving them in new Dn-FamiTracker version.
It took almost 6000 lines of code and all my sanity to make it happen, you probably can't even imagine how many hacks, non-obvious conversions and tricks it took to make it happen.
I used Dn-FamiTracker source code for reference since archived wiki page is wrong in at least a couple of critical places.
To sound this cheap"
10th place at X'2023 in C64 music compo: https://csdb.dk/release/?id=233007
The 3rd channel is used to play NES triangle wave (realtime synth) + short DPCM-ish samples.
The hacks made to play this are described here: linusakesson.net/music/platform-hopping/index.php
(even I understood!)
reminds me of distant past when I was happier and more self-confident
plz chiptuners do more songs like this one let's create crosswordscore or whatever
as always, module will be in example songs when new klystrack-plus version will be released

If you notice that audio is out of sync a bit, that's because OBS recorded shitty audio and I replaced it with wav exported from tracker. For some reason video speed was slightly off so I had to manually correct it.
The chords and bass being in wrong key at 2:07 and onwards till the end of that melody are fixed in FLAC file.

Been procrastinating a lot lately lol
Also Commander X16 is nice, looking for possibility to write a proper tracker (VBCC doesn't support banked memory and is very hard to set up :agony: bruh that's what prevents me from TRACKER!) X16 is VERY overpowered sound wise but very underpowered CPU wise
It is so long because "Furnace v0.6pre4-hotfix (beta) - fix to critical initial system bug" exe weighs around 200 megabytes.
It takes forever to convert from wav because I don't use any intermediate buffer and it reads wav file sample by sample which is very slow
github.com/LTVA1/flizzer_tracker
but it works idk
yes it is NES DPCM (6 bit, 1 bit step) but it can be controlled by ADSR and has start & end loop points which can be used to make cool things which I am too lazy to demonstrate rn
Why DPCM? Because you only got so much RAM to play with
It actually is a bit better than NES because sample rate is higher (44100 Hz)
Oh and actually you can layer it with synth sound from instrument so for snare you can add noise or whtever
Stereo got fucked somewhere so ye this is flac: cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/768808912790749216/1098666829792149645/lost_transmission.flac
