While purporting to care for children that are disadvantaged, Cr Curach says that those children are probably not represented here and one reason is that their parents probably have a lower degree of care for their children.
Really?
He then goes on to say the council is responsible for those children inferring it is ok to forcibly medicate them without their parents consent.
