Utah officer pulls over a suspected armed robber. The officer's report states the suspect and passenger (a juvenile female accomplice) act suspiciously during the stop. The driver eventually exits the vehicle and the officer tasers him after feeling he is not complying with the his requests fast enough, continuing to act suspicious. Once tasered the suspect turns rigid and collapses on his car, breaking out the rear window with his head. Officers found a loaded concealed handgun unfastened in a holster under his left armpit.
