This is a Modded No Gold Pacifist Chain Low% run that goes through Jungle, Volcana, Tidepool, and Temple. I got the idea from a mod called Linearlunky, but I changed it a bit so that it would be viable to go both Abzu and Duat for Chain Low%.
Category Rules: A modded run ending with the win criteria of both the No Gold Pacifist Chain Low% Abzu and No Gold Pacifist Chain Low% Duat speedruns combined with the following additional restrictions: Both the Crown and the Hedjet must be obtained. Both the Ankh and the Tablet of Destiny must be obtained twice.
The Pacifist condition is an official modifier defined by the game and can be checked at the end of the run in the Journal with the line "I was a Pacifist." Pacifist rules are defined by the game, but since they can be unintuitive, I have a pink Pacifist tracker in the bottom corner that checks to make sure my run is still Pacifist.
Hundun can be killed in a variety of different ways in a Pacifist run. In this run, I drop the arrow of light into Hundun's fireball, which bounces the arrow into the last head, killing him.

A summary of what Pacifist Chain Low% Eggplant Duat (PCLED) means: You must complete Sunken City having never killed anything, having obtained the Eggplant Crown, having visited Duat, and having never used any items. The only resources at your disposal are your starting 4 health (plus the health you get back when you revive with Ankh), your starting 4 bombs, and your starting 4 ropes. Using "environmental items" like rocks, landmines, skulls, arrows, etc... is allowed. Picking up any items and resources is also forbidden, regardless of if it actually helps you. For example, collecting a skeleton key would still be forbidden even if I did not use it. Lastly, "Chain" means that you are allowed to collect the so-called chain items i.e. the items that are "intended" to be used to get to Sunken City (Udjat Eye, Crown/Hedjet, Ankh, Excalibur/Scepter, Tablet of Destiny, Qilin). The most difficult part of this run is the Pacifist (no kills) restriction. Pacifist rules are defined by the game, but since they can be unintuitive, I have a pink Pacifist tracker in the bottom corner that checks to make sure my run is still Pacifist. If you want a quick explanation about how each boss and miniboss is "killed" in a way that the game considers Pacifist:
Olmec: Killed by dropping him in lava. The game does not count Olmec as a Pacifist violation, regardless of how he is killed.
Anubis: There are several ways to kill Anubis in a Pacifist manner. In this run, I get Anubis down to 2 hearts, and then I throw a magmar pot at him at a specific spot. If done right, the magmar will do the remaining damage and kill Anubis for you.
Anubis II: You can lure him into the path of Apep, who will kill Anubis II for you.
Osiris: I utilize the game's system of "ownership" to kill Osiris in a way that is Pacifist. The game has a weird system of tracing things back to you which allows you to manipulate it if you know the rules (I will simplify a bit). First, I get Osiris down to 1 health by jumping on his fist and whipping him. Then, I get hit by his face intentionally (which doesn't do damage btw). Getting hit by an enemy is important to transfer ownership. Once this transaction is done, I will be free from any blame for a little the next time that I am unconscious and in the air. This is important because I can actually intentionally go unconscious by getting stunned on the Duat wall. Standing close to the Duat wall, I wait for Osiris to get in range so that I can throw something at him to do the final hit and then run into the Duat wall to get stunned. Since I am unconscious at the same time Osiris is killed, and I did the ownership transfer, it is Pacifist.
Eggplant King: You can get the Eggplant Child to pick something up. Then, stand on Eggplant King's shoulder and drop the Eggplant Child who will then drop what he is holding and kill the Eggplant King. Since the Eggplant Child is the one who dropped the item that killed Eggplant King and because he landed on the ground before Eggplant King died, it is Pacifist.
Hundun: Utilizing Hundun's weird behavior, you can actually get Chicken Head to kill Snake Head for you. Once that is done, you can throw a poison arrow at Chicken Head and wait for the poison to kill him because poison kills are not blamed on the player.

I have a pink Pacifist tracker in the corner that tells me if I'm still a Pacifist, and this can be verified in the run recap with the journal line "I was a pacifist."
In this run: The Eggplant King is killed in a Pacifist manner by dropping the Eggplant Child onto the Eggplant King's shoulder so that the Eggplant Child will drop the rock onto the Eggplant King. Hundun is killed in a Pacifist manner by having the last head die to poison damage.
No% Eggplant: The player must end the game with the 4 health, 4 bombs, and 4 ropes that they started with, and they cannot gain or use gold/items/resources. Using or picking up ropes is only allowed if they were part of the player's starting inventory. Picking up the Eggplant Crown is required in this variant of No%.

I should note that neither the magmar pot nor the Hired Hand with the arrow is technically necessary to complete this category. To avoid needing the magmar pot, you could just get a lucky Pacifist Anubis kill, and to avoid needing the arrow, you could just get a leprechaun in the City of Gold. Although the magmar pot and HH arrow strats are meant to be more consistent, it is definitely a trickier route, and I lost quite a few runs to it.
Pacifist Chain No% Duat requires the player to beat Hundun and finish 7-4 through the Duat route with no gold, no kills, no damage, no items, and no resources.

For example, the player is allowed to pick up and use the Udjat Eye, Crown/Hedjet, Ankh, Excalibur/Scepter, Tablet of Destiny, and Qilin. However, there are still restrictions on when those items can be used.

Pacifist Hundun: Killing Hundun in a Pacifist run is quite simple. Since there are poison arrows in Sunken City, and since poison damage is not tracked to the player, you can simply poison Hundun's last head and wait for it to die to the poison and it will be Pacifist.
Pacifist Anubis: There are various ways to "kill" Anubis in a Pacifist No% run, all with varying levels of consistency. The most consistent way I have found is by bringing a magmar pot from Volcana, which can be obtained by having an imp drop one onto the block below it. After doing 18 damage to Anubis, you can throw the magmar pot at Anubis and have the magmar do the remaining 2 damage to kill Anubis. Another way to kill Anubis in a Pacifist No% run is to use a poison arrow obtained from Tun. However, I opted against this route for two reasons: 1. If I wanted to obtain the poison arrow without Tun aggro, I would have already needed a magmar pot to do so. 2. If I had to obtain the poison arrow with Tun aggro, I would endanger my Hired Hand.
Pacifist Anubis II: Typically, Anubis II is killed by leading him into Apep after having Osiris clear a hole in the top of the level. However, since there was a cobra at the top, I decided to let it poison Anubis II, and then I simply waited for the poison to kill him.
Pacifist Osiris: Osiris is killed in Pacifist No% by using ownership shenanigans. Simplifying a bit, if Osiris is killed by the player while the player has been stunned (and has been hit by Osiris), then it will be Pacifist. Conveniently, Osiris's head does 0 contact damage, but will still count as being hit by Osiris, so this is how the transfer of ownership is done. To kill Osiris at the same time as getting stunned, I throw a skull at Osiris and then run into the Duat wall to stun myself.

In a nutshell, Pacifist Chain No% Abzu requires the player to beat Hundun and finish 7-4 through the Abzu route with no gold, no kills, no damage, no items, and no resources.

Pacifist Hundun: Killing Hundun in a Pacifist run is quite simple. Since there are poison arrows in Sunken City, and since poison damage is not tracked to the player, you can simply poison Hundun's last head and wait for it to die to the poison and it will be Pacifist.
Pacifist Kingu: Abzu is easily the hardest and most tedious level in the run. However, the Pacifist kill itself isn't too tricky. The Pacifist No% Kingu strategy is to get a hermit crab to spew poison bubbles and then drop a pet corpse onto the poison bubble to bounce it into Kingu to kill her. Hermit crabs are not guaranteed in Abzu, so you basically lose if you don't get one. The only problem is that this strategy only works if Kingu is on 1 heart. If you're unfamiliar, Kingu will not spawn enemies if she's moving but will spawn enemies if she's not moving and the player is close. The enemy spawns are a huge problem for Pacifist because this means the player cannot simply hang around and keep damaging Kingu. To avoid enemy spawns, the player has to do damage intermittently and then quickly jump away. Furthermore, once the player jumps off Kingu, they must blindly catch a ledge to not take fall damage (or No% will be lost). Blindly catching a ledge is a bad idea, so I used a specific lineup in the run to increase my odds of not taking fall damage. The lineup requires the player to wait for Kingu to be in a certain position and then press and hold the jump key and the run key at around the same time. This timing has 3 frames of leeway, so it's close to frame-perfect. To get Kingu to 1 heart, you must do 20 Excalibur swings and 9 extra damage. The 20 swings are typically done using the lineup (over the course of 3 times) and then the 9 damage is typically done just by dropping things on Kingu. Once Kingu is on 1 heart, the hermit crab strategy can be used.

The new strategy involves utilizing a broken arrow to stun yourself while you use 3 bombs to kill Snake Head (provided you took damage to Hundun's foot previously). Doing this will skip waiting for Snake Head to die from poison. With enough ropes and assuming you don't get a terrible Hundun layout, the strategy saves 10-20 seconds.
The execution of the strategy was quite scuffed in the run because Snake Head didn't kill Chicken Head like he was supposed to. If it weren't for that rock, the run would've been surely over.
This glitch is banned on Mossranking, but it is still fun to play around with. This run could've been faster with a better Sunken City, but getting the perfect setup to get into Sunken City is quite time-consuming and I was happy to just get a completion.

I was originally going to do this run in singleplayer, but I decided that getting the extra Co-Op line wouldn't be too bad, so I got another controller. Additionally, there are some benefits to having a player ghost, since ghost freezes are Pacifist.

I'm pretty happy with this run as it improves the previous record by a minute. It is unfortunate that I still missed heavystate on Hundun.

I know that you can hold items to get a relative idea of where you are, but this is not a perfect solution and it does end up being slower down the line because you have to put down the item and then pick it back up every time you need to whip gold, ledges, levers, etc...
To my knowledge, the mod I'm using is only cosmetic and should not change hitboxes or anything else gameplay-wise. For verification purposes, the mod can be found here: https://spelunky.fyi/mods/m/invisible-playable-character-and-backpacks/
It should be noted that invisible skin runs CANNOT be submitted to Mossranking.com or Speedrun.com.
For those that are unfamiliar with Pacifist No%, here's a quick explanation: Pacifist essentially means to beat the game with no kills. What defines a kill is decided by the game, not by an arbitrary set of rules written by the community. Pacifist can be checked at the end of the run with the journal entry "I was a Pacifist." I also have a pink Pacifist tracker in the bottom corner of the screen that verifies if the run is still Pacifist. There are several ways to kill Tiamat in a Pacifist run. In this run, I use a landmine explosion, which is specifically programmed into the game to be Pacifist. No% essentially means to beat the game without picking up gold, without taking damage, and without using resources. Resources are bombs, ropes, and any item that adds something to the HUD. The official Pacifist No% rules can be viewed on Mossranking.com here: mossranking.com/cat.php?cat=432
The full run can be viewed here:

This run is a Pacifist run, essentially meaning that killing is not allowed. The Pacifist condition can be checked at the end of the run in the journal. I also have a pink Pacifist tracker that lets me verify if the run is still Pacifist.
To kill Tiamat in a Pacifist run, several different tactics are used. In this run, I use a combination of the Telepack, Lamp, and Ankh (and being on 1 heart) to do this Pacifist kill. The Lamp is used to trigger the Telepack's automatic teleport while also killing the player at the same time. From there, the player dies and the player's dead body telefrags Tiamat, avoiding blame. Unfortunately, this teleport will often miss Tiamat, in which case your run is over.
This run is still very improvable and I probably lost nearly a minute on Hundun because I messed up the poison arrow timing. Luckily, I was able to find a rock on the ground and recover the Pacifist kill.

There are many ways to "kill" Tiamat in a Pacifist run. The strategy that I used in this run takes advantage of how ownership works in the game. Essentially, if you're stunned by an enemy and you are unconscious in the air, you do not have ownership over your bombs for a short while until you hit the ground. This is why I put down 4 bombs, whip them, and then purposefully get hit by a Tiamat orb to stun myself while the bombs kill Tiamat.

This run is a Pacifist run, essentially meaning that killing is not allowed. The Pacifist condition can be checked at the end of the run in the journal. I also have a pink Pacifist tracker that lets me verify if the run is still Pacifist. To kill Hundun in a Pacifist run, several different tactics are used. For example, in this run, a clone gun is used to clone a bomb that kills Chicken Head. This is Pacifist because cloned items are not initially owned by the player, meaning that the game will not blame the player for what the cloned bomb kills. To kill Snake Head in a Pacifist manner, the player can die with the Ankh at the same time as killing Snake Head to avoid being blamed. The Snake Head kill must be done in the same frame as the player dies for it to be Pacifist. The reason that this works is pretty complicated, and it has to do with how spawn order works and how much health the player has when the bombs start exploding. You can leave a comment if you want more information.
This run features some pretty good Hundun movement RNG, which made Snake Head spawn pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I panicked a little and didn't place the bombs down quickly enough, which wasted a bit of the timesave. Could definitely have gotten sub-42 if I had placed the bombs down quicker. If anyone else wants to attempt this strategy, please note that having at least 12 health at the time of exploding yourself with 3 bombs is very important! Also, being in water at the time of exploding yourself will mess this strategy up. I might go for sub-42 in the future.
If you want an idea about the rarity of the run, here it is:
1. For starters, ropes are super important. 2 ropes are usually used in Ice Caves and 1 rope is usually used in Abzu. This leaves you only 1 free rope to use in case you get in a bad situation. This 1 free rope is also typically used to obtain the eggplant unless you get a resourceless eggplant start (which is rare).
2. Bombs, on the other hand, can be used a lot more freely since only 1 bomb is usually required in Olmec to open up Waddler so that you can deposit the eggplant.
3. Since Volcana is nicer for Pacifist than Jungle, the Volcana route is typically used in this run. This means that you need to get the Udjat Eye ideally without using resources (which is rare). The Udjat Eye is used to activate the drill to get to Vlad's Castle. Unfortunately, the drill is an RNG check in Pacifist runs because anything the drill kills is counted as the player's fault. Since you have no realistic way to influence this, you just have to get lucky. Anecdotally, the odds of a Pacifist drill are a bit better than a coin flip.
4. The Udjat Eye is the only Chain item that is optional, so you can alternatively get a lucky spikeball trap at the bottom of the level (which is rare). This is what I did in this run. By constantly triggering the spikeball trap, you can slowly dig your way to Vlad's Castle. This usually takes a while, and you will likely need to dodge the ghost for a bit.
5. In 4-3, there is a "one-way door" that you must enter to get below the Lake of Lava where you will use the Ankh. Occasionally, this door is blocked off or in a place where you can't reach. Unfortunately, I had to use a rope in this run to reach the door since it was too high up.
6. In Ice Caves, you will typically need to use 2 ropes to get from Waddler (where the eggplant is) back up to the eggplant altar to get the Eggplant Child. In this run, I managed to only need 1 rope by bouncing off some yetis to get to the eggplant altar. This extra rope ended up being helpful later in the run at 7-4.
7. Lastly, you need to not get any softlocks. With so little health, few resources, and the inability to kill enemies, softlocks are common, especially in Sunken City. In certain cases, gold by tubes can also be a softlock. Sometimes gold by tubes can be moved out of the way, but sometimes you don't have the means to do so. In 7-4, gold by tubes can be even worse considering you don't have much time to fix the scenario before Hundun kills you.
8. Oh, you also need a poison arrow so that you can get Hundun to die to poison. It's very rare to get a Sunken City without poison arrows, but it is a bit more likely in NGPCLEA because you give up one Sunken City level for Eggplant World (which doesn't have poison arrows).

I've been trying to beat Pacifist No% Sunken City again for a little while now, hoping to get a faster completion utilizing Safe Pacifist Floor Strats. My first Pacifist No% Sunken City run probably took about ~3 runs into Sunken City before I cleared it. On rebeat, it took about ~10 runs into Sunken City before I completed it in a speedrun. In all fairness, at least ~3 of the ~10 seeds were viable for Pacifist No%, but I just messed up one way or another.
Extra Notes: This run had a very scary 6-1. I still don't know how I managed to not die to the ghost. I lost about 30 seconds because I wanted to play it safe on Safe Pacifist Floor Strats. I wasn't sure if Snake Head had taken damage to a skull, so I did 26 whips instead of the usual 27. This run also had a scary back arrow whip at the end.

This run is the first sub-3:30 Pacifist Low% and also currently 20th place for normal Low%!
This run features a nearly 25-minute long Pacifist No% Kingu fight using a new lineup that I found a little while ago. The main problem with Kingu is that it is only viable to attack her when she is moving (or has just stopped moving), otherwise, she will spawn enemies. In regular pacifist runs, you can just use ropes or other forms of mobility to attack during the right time and then run away before she spawns enemies. In No%, you have no resources, so the only way to do this is to attack her, fall down, and then somehow grab a ledge to avoid fall damage. Some ledge grab lineups have been found but required Kingu to be in a very specific position. The new lineup that I found is much more lenient position-wise but requires you to press and hold left and jump at approximately the same time (~5 frames of leeway). With good Kingu RNG and optimal Excalibur swings, this fight could probably be twice as fast, but I wanted to play it safe.
I will probably keep playing this category for a bit, but I can't guarantee a completion anytime soon.
I had been working on developing a ropeless Tutorial% strat for a while now. I eventually found one that technically worked but ended up being incredibly precise to pull off and probably not even faster than Cosine's TAS route. I was ready to give up on ropeless Tutorial% until the strat literally came to me in a dream. I realized that to complete the Tutorial, you just needed to be on the same y-level as the person timing the Tutorial. This meant that if you could find a way to bomb the ceiling and reach that y-level, you would never have to go the long way around. I do this by using 1 bomb to get back up to the first push block area and then 2 more bombs to bomb a hole in the ceiling to reach the y-level of completion.
Currently, I'm still optimizing the route to find any timesaves I can. With luck, there may be a sub-15 Tutorial% in our future :)

Pacifist Hundun Ankh Strats are where you avoid getting blamed for Hundun's death by dying at the same time as killing the last head. This is easily done by using a bomb that explodes both you and the head at the same time (once you widdle down the health of the head). The reason this is pacifist boils down to spawn order. This strat is pacifist against any enemy that spawns AFTER the player. Like pot enemies, sorceress spawns, Tiamat spawns, and Hundun's heads. Feel free to comment if you want me to go more in-depth on how this works.
Pacifist is essentially a "0 kills" run. The game has a condition called "pacifist" that it awards you in the ending journal if you don't fail any of the pacifist rules. However, this system is a bit logically flawed in the sense that a lot of pacifist rules are counterintuitive and a bit confusing. I have a pink pacifist tracker in the bottom corner that keeps track of the run's pacifist condition. As long as it says "pacifist" the run is good. One of the funny facts about pacifist is that Hundun is actually always a kill, no matter what you do. However, pacifist is not the same as 0 kills. If you can kill Hundun in a way that the game considers to be pacifist (such as poison arrow or Ankh), then you still remain a pacifist. For this reason, however, 0 kill runs of Pacifist Sunken City and Pacifist Cosmic Ocean are technically impossible.

What is Pacifist?: If you're unfamiliar, Pacifist is an official run condition defined by the game. Since Pacifist is defined by the game's programming, players have to adhere to what the game considers Pacifist. You can verify that a run is Pacifist by checking the run journal entry at the end of a run. I also have a pink Pacifist tracker in the bottom right that reads the game's memory to verify that the run is still Pacifist. To enter the Cosmic Ocean, Hundun has to be "killed." In Pacifist, this can be done in several ways. The most common way is to let Hundun die to poison. In this run, Hundun is killed using the Arrow of Light in a very, very specific manner. If the player whips the Arrow of Light on Hundun and kills him, that is not Pacifist. Instead, I whip the Arrow of Light into the air and Hundun fires a fireball that knocks the Arrow of Light into himself. Since Hundun himself knocked the Arrow of Light into himself with his own fireball, that is Pacifist.
What is Criminalus and how is it Pacifist?: Criminalus is a constellation run condition that requires 16 NPCs to die. Contrary to popular belief, NPCs do not actually have to be killed by the player to achieve Criminalus, they only have to die. In Pacifist, this means you need to set up clever ways to get NPCs to kill each other or get themselves killed on obstacles. In this run, I made sure to raid the Black Market and Tusk's Palace because those places have the highest concentration of NPCs. The most common methods of getting NPCs to die were thorns, spikes, totem traps, crushing, and allowing them to shoot at each other.
I have to give credit to the original Reddit post from 2 years ago that first gave me the idea that Pacifist Criminalus was even possible: reddit.com/r/spelunky/comments/ng038b/fun_fact_pacifist_criminalus_is_possible_and
While I've known this run was possible for a while, I didn't quite get the motivation to do it until I saw a Reddit post on "The hardest run possible": reddit.com/r/spelunky/comments/145b93s/is_no_hit_no_gold_low_cosmic_ocean_the_hardest
Pacifist Criminalus is NOT the hardest run possible, but there were a couple of mentions of Pacifist and Criminalus in that post that inspired me to actually do the run finally. I was originally hoping to also beat the Pacifist Cosmic Ocean% record with this run, but it ended up being too slow because of all the pre-CO setup and the fact that I played it very safe near the end of the run. The final levels were some of the most nerve-wracking levels I've ever gone through. Since I clumsily got myself cursed, I had to play the last levels on 1 heart. I could've easily died in the last few temple levels, but thankfully I made it through. I've been grinding this category for at least a week now, and my PB before beating it was 7-57. In total, I made it to Tiamat about 7 times on record pace and lost all those runs to Tiamat spawn RNG. If she spawns a bat or a bee you immediately lose. If she spawns a mosquito or a UFO, you are likely done for. If she spawns anything else, you will probably be fine. This category is already pretty painful so it's a bit demotivating to have an RNG check like that at the very end. The Tiamat fight could've been a bit faster, but I was nervous.

I've been wanting to do this run for a while now, but I'm not too great with the telepack, and often you end up telefragging random enemies (which is not pacifist). The ideal run has paste bombs for a quick pacifist Kingu kill and the Ankh for a quick pacifist Hundun kill. I was able to get paste bombs in this run but sadly I lost the Ankh early in Abzu so I had to opt for a slower (and much scarier) pacifist Hundun strategy. This run could've possibly been sub-8 if I had been able to keep the Ankh and use it on Hundun (and maybe if I played some other parts of the run a little faster).
Continue reading if you want more information on pacifist and pacifist strategies: On a basic level, pacifist is a "no kills" run. Kills are tracked by the game. I have a pink pacifist tracker in the bottom right that reads the game's memory to see if I'm still a pacifist. The journal will also tell you if you are a pacifist at the end of each run. The pacifist Kingu strategy used in this run manipulates what is known as "ownership." In a pacifist strategy context, it is usually meant as the concept that enemies and players can end up being responsible for each other's kills. In this strategy, the player takes damage to a Jiangshi, giving the Jiangshi ownership of the player's body. When the player commits a kill on Kingu, the kill will not be attributed to the player if the player is stunned and in the air, because the Jiagnshi has ownership over the player's body. This is why the player takes purposeful fall damage right before having the bomb explode Kingu. Unfortunately, this fall damage can also end up leaving the player vulnerable (as you see in the video when the player dies). The ideal pacifist Hundun strat uses the Ankh to kill Hundun. Essentially, dying in the same frame as killing Hundun tricks the game into not giving you a kill because you are not alive in that frame. Sadly, the Ankh was lost before Hundun, so an alternative strategy was applied that used poison damage from a poison arrow to finish off Hundun.
I thought it'd be fun if I practiced Tutorial% consistency and get an average. My goal was to get at least a sub-18 average of 5 or 7 or 10. Since utilizing rope RNG is highly inconsistent, I did not go for it in any of these runs.
Some Stats:
In total, the runs were: 17.950, 18.100, 17.683, 17.733, 17.933, 17.750, 18.466
Best run was 17.683, worst run was 18.466.
This run features 7 "fall damage cancels" and frame perfect 1 rock pick-up.
I probably won't be running this too much more, but this run can definitely be improved.
Anyway, I'll have a Tutorial% average of 7 video out soon. It's not a crazy good run (17.945 Seconds Averaged of 7), but it's a good starting point to improve upon. Have a good April 1st!
This run is not quite sub-2, but I'll take it. This record also gets me the perfect score for the pacifist subranking on Mossranking!: mossranking.com/ranking.php?id_ranking=73
Pacifist in Spelunky 2 means to complete the game without killing any enemies. While this may seem like a simple concept at first, it is really quite the opposite when you consider the fact that the game has an incredibly convoluted set of rules that determine what counts as a kill and what doesn’t. I will be showcasing all of these questionable rules in this video. Everything shown is completely pacifist and would hold up in a Spelunky 2 pacifist court of law.
On an important note, while everything shown in the video IS pacifist, some clips demonstrate several incredibly complicated technicalities which may end up not being pacifist if you don’t do it right. Feel free to ask me any questions about these clips if you aren’t sure how to replicate the pacifism. This video is accurate as of V1.28.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How did Hundun die?: Chicken Head killed Snake Head and then I used a poison arrow on Chicken Head. The head then died to poison after about 12 minutes.
How did the Eggplant King die?: I let the Eggplant Child pick up a rock and then dropped the Eggplant Child who dropped the rock on the Eggplant King. Since I, myself, did not drop the rock directly, it is pacifist.
How did Osiris die?: I purposefully got hit by Osiris' head (which doesn't do damage) to transfer his ownership to my body. Then, I got Osiris to 1 heart so that I could bounce my unconscious body off of the Duat wall to kill him.
Continue reading for an explanation of what Pacifist Chain Low% Eggplant Duat means.
Pacifist: Pacifist refers to beating the game without killing any enemies. I have a pink pacifist tracker in the bottom right corner. As long as I don't kill anything, the pacifist tracker will still say "pacifist."
Chain: Chain refers to collecting the series of hidden items that allow you to normally unlock the Qilin to get to Sunken City. Since I went the Duat route, the chain items are the Udjat Eye (optional), the Crown/Hedjet, the Ankh, the Scepter, the Tablet of Destiny, and then the Qilin.
Low%: Low% refers to beating the game with only your starting resources. Those are your 4 hearts, 4 bombs, and 4 ropes. Collecting extra resources is not allowed. Using any items is also not allowed. When you combine Low% with Chain, you are allowed to pick up the chain items.
Eggplant: Eggplant refers to obtaining the Eggplant Crown. This is done by obtaining an Eggplant by sacrificing a gift box to Kali and bringing the Eggplant to 5-1. On 5-1, you can obtain the Eggplant Child and bring him to 7-1 to unlock Eggplant World where you can get the Eggplant Crown.
Duat: Duat refers to the chain route I took to get to Sunken City. There are two chain routes: Abzu and Duat. Duat is the harder route that requires you to fight Anubis, Anubis II, and Osiris.

This run was pretty neat. It had some pretty good levels, but overall nothing too crazy. Neo Babylon definitely carried the run to the finish. Even without a good Neo Babylon, it still would've probably been the first sub-4 No gold Pacifist Low%.
