(9/26/24) edit: Turns out that the TVs around the stock exchange area lure the civilians away, don't know why there isn't a single voiceline to indicate this but yeah, very helpful tip T_T

The gist is that I was using one of the skills that Phoenix implemented for Ken called Retribution which essentially is the skill Kasumi wishes she had as it's Matarukaja + Brave Step and there's another skill that's an upgrade to it called Resolve and just for fun since on the spreadsheet, Phoenix also wanted to see highlights, I obliged I tried to get a highlight.
