Sometimes you just find a good sample, add in some effects, and remaster it. Bonus points if it sounds like summer. I've heard this sample before in a track from one of Oliver's "Audio Speedwagon" mixtapes. I upoaded Vol. I a few years ago, but it was taken off YouTube because copyright.
