The stall car then catches on fire with a man inside. She then continues on to hit head into concrete metal median barriers that separate the highway and exit ramp.

My recommendation is to nominate a lead floater who's sober enough to let everyone know. There's a tree uprooted in side of the river and we need move over or we all going to crash.
Cape Horn Trail Lenard Hope 2019-01-28 | Me and some friends hiking Cape Horn Trail. It's about 7.5 mile loop. The elevation reaches near 1300 ft. Very windy at the top. The trail is a moderate difficulty. Not recommended for bikes and small children. Leash all dogs. Dogs have died fallen off cliffs. There's a waterfall near lower trail section. Many amazing viewpoints over looking the Columbia River.
Sandy River Float Lenard Hope 2019-01-28 | Me and some friends floating down Sandy River in 2107. Just a relaxing awesome warm day. Dabney State Recreation Area is about 30 minutes drive from downtown Portland. Extremely popular in summer, so get there early. $5 day parking at the park and limited free parking lot near hwy 30 and exit 18. It's about three hours to float from the park to the parking lot. Recommend taking two cars. It's a 3 mile walk between the park and highway. There's many sandy areas where you can stop to relax and eat. Restrooms at the park but none at the parking lot.
