One of my major goals was to create a nostalgic, classic Janne Kivilahti style episode, using only "original" resources. By original I mean vanilla resources and the "unofficial officials" resource package that includes graphics made by Janne for Rooster Island 3 (that was never finished), and sprites created by Janne, Iv4n and Kalan J. Bobrick. Another, minor goal was to implement every new tileset and scenery that's included in the package in at least one level of my episode. Mostly I have succeeded in this.In rare occasions, I have used also some "unoriginal" sprites, and one level features a new tileset that I composed (as there was no swamp tileset among the vanilla resources).Another major goal of mine was to make an episode which is not as insanely difficult as my previous episodes. Galactic Cataclysm was way easier than Raven Island, but still too difficult for many people. I hope more people find this episode more accessible.This is probably the last full classic episode I'll be making, at least in some time. Some of these levels have been almost finished for ten years, and just never fit to any other episode I released.
