I feel like this one's pretty straightforward, so I'm not gonna elaborate a tonnnn in the description, but this is how I rig pretty much all my mouths! What I like to do personally is draw the mouth and chin/etc once, sync them together, and then duplicate the mouth drawing so I can just redraw it while keeping the base chin shape in there. After I do all the mouth shapes I then go in and adjust the chin frame-by-frame so it matches. For mouths specifically, it's usually good to keep things on separate layers in case you want to deform/move one part, but not the other, like how I move the mouth around at the end but it doesn't do anything to the chin. You can sync pretty much any drawing layers together, and there's no limit to how many can be synced together as far as I'm aware. Really easy and useful feature! If you're having a hard time finding your layer in the timeline make sure you use the "centre on selection" shortcut, I think it's shift + O by default!
