Ok, what obsession have I entangled myself into this time? Books! Legend of the Seeker related of course =D
Therefore, this video is about my second favourite couple of this fandom (whom I hope will be included in the show, becuase they are soooo cute!!!).

In this video I tried to show Verna's feelings after Warren's death at the hands of that little Imperial Order bastard.
Actors choice: Ok, I found the perfect actress for Verna, but it was too late & where I am I can't download the clips I need, maybe next time. As for Warren, Ed Speelers is not *that* bad, but, for instance, he's a little too young in Eragon (Warren is supposed to look like he's about 20/25, not 16). The perfect actor, in my mind, at least is Alex Pettyfer, but he, too, is too young so I'd go for Paul Walker in the first Fast & Furious, but he doesn't make fantasy movies (d'oh), so I'll stick with Eragon =D
Song choice: The song is fantastic for the two of them, had I had more clips to work with I probably would have used it whole, so if I can find some I will continue it!
I love especially the part about the "Creator" it seemed fitting fot a Sister of the Light =D
I won't make a very detailed description as I did for my Stone of Tears video.
What you need to know is that it starts with Warren's attack & death in Verna's arms,it continues with Verna's mourning & flashbacks of him, all the beautiful times they shared together (the scene with Zedd near the end is their wedding =D), the way Richard took him out of the vaults. In the end Verna concentrates all her efforts in the war against the IO.

This is something random Ive been wanting to do for a while. Ill make a full video to the whole song soon, but till then I think this could be some kind of a stand alone ;) Its not really a preview, just a teaser? An anticipation? A nothing?, lol.
Itll be my entry for the Art In Motion contest. Its not as good as most of the entries, but I thought Id try anyway. Ive never edited like this & also I combined two of my favorite things: this song & Dantes Inferno, which, for me, is the highest expression of ART. Pure Beauty.
[I would love to post the whole vid for the contest, but I wont continue it before Feb 20th (I need clips) & the contest ends Feb 21st & Im pretty sure I wont be able to finish it in less than 24hrs ;P ]

My entry for the 5th challenge of BOIT. Why this movie? I dont know. Do I like it? Well, it is a mix between Fantasy & Sci-Fi, theres Jim Caviezel looking quite nice and all... so, yeah. It was a good movie, quite the original storyline, even though some parts were a bit cliché, but I really enjoyed it.
I watched it on a night my computer was off-limit because it was in the same room with my parents who were serious-talking and I didnt want to interrupt... so I turned on the TV and found this. I usually dont watch single movies... Im more the TV show or long sagas type. But sometimes it can happen :)

I wanted to thank the judges again for letting me through the last round and since my last BOIT video was also a trailer, I tried to follow the suggestions and listen to the critics and tried to fix what seemed off last time.
I also added again subtitles because they were very much appreciated.
I hope it turned out realistic enough :) I did all the textures (but I cant take credit for the brushes and some bases I used... ) trying my hand again with Photoshop too and it was nice, but I guess it still looks like fanmade... oh well... I had fun. I love making trailers and new fandoms are always fun and challenging!

So, after 3 years of YouTube & a couple of years of vidding I managed to make 1000 subbers :P Thank you sooooo much!! *hugs*
Youre all amazing and I really wanted to make a video for you all, but I thought itd be better to make everything more... interactive? I dont know... so well, I decided to host my first contest. Yay!
Why these two fandoms? Well, theyre my past & present, I started with Stargate and now Im mostly vidding Legend of the Seeker. They have been my two longest obsessions for the past few years and despite Ive also made videos with other fandoms and watch a lot of other shows, these two are the one characterizing my YouTube life.
Most of you are Legend of the Seeker fans and despite I havent been making Stargate videos in a while, this show has been my start. I have been watching Stargate fan vids since I was 11 and I love each and everyone of them.
So, well... now to the contest ;)
I understand this was not a typical contest video, but I suck with text videos sooo I decided to make a kind of tribute to show you all the amazingness that are this two fandoms. I didnt use effects, I just tried to match the music to the most epic characteristics: mosly battle scenes... space or sword fights, it doesnt matter. So much greatness.
Rules & more details:
1. ONLY Stargate and Legend of the Seeker videos are allowed. Spin-offs (Altantis & Universe) and movies are allowed.
2. Do NOT steal.
3. Have fun.
4. DEADLINE July 15th (ask and I will change it)
5. Itd be better if you submitted a max of 3 videos per each.
6. Old or new, as you see fit. Its up to you to choose which one you think its your best work.
7. Any type of video is allowed: trailers, vidlets, romance, peic, friendship, AU, crossovers... (ask before sumbitting a crossover, its better if I know the fandoms :))
8. Prizes, categories and winners will be decided on the number of entries.
9. Collabs are allowed. As long as you tell me which part/parts you made or you have permission to post it as a whole from the other vidder/vidders. In that case, should it win, all of the editors involved will be awarded.
If you have any doubts ask away! :)
Also, another reason Im making this joined contest is to spread awareness of both shows.
With SGU going off and such, projects for new SG.1 & Atlantis movies were stopped.
Tribune dropped Legend of the Seeker in March and without its major broadcaster, season 3 is likely not to happen.
If you watch either of them, check out the other, through DVDs, Hulu, on TV. Theyre two completely different genres, but sooooo similar! Epicness, awesome frienship, wonderful baddies, *cough*forbidden love*cough*, soundtracks that melt your heart, effects that blow you away, fun & talented cast... same guest stars on occasions ;) So... you will not be disappointed.

Storybrooke AU of Aurora & Mulan.
- With Emmas arrival in SB all the characters start to feel a little bit different, so when Dawn gets hold of Henrys book she starts reading of Auroras adventures with Mulan.
- She notices the similarities with the warrior and one of her friends Maggie so she decides to give her the book.
- In the meantime, they both start to remember flashes and stuff of their lives in FTL.
- Lots of angst.
Im sorry the book manips are so suckish, but I had to make them with Vegas, because I dont have Photoshop on this computer... just feel the love of the ladies and ignore the video, lol

Btw, Sleeping Warrior is kind of a cool name for a ship, so... yeah, friendship? Really? And make them become regulars in season 3. Because I love me some new ladies every week on my screen.

For my Sanctuary subbers: I WILL NOT be finishing the Ashley/Helen vid anytime soon. Im too pissed by SyFys decision. MAYBE if we get some hint during the rest of the season or some sweet flashback, I might think of finishing it... otherwise its very unlikely. Sorry...
