Nintendo is having a quietly successful year.
Good games. Strong sales. Mario movie. Theme
parks. Solid third party support on Switch 2.

So why does it feel like nothing is happening?

For the first time since the SNES, Nintendo
launched a console without a novel hook. No
new way to play. Just better. And "just better"
doesn't generate the excitement, the Directs,
the community moments that make being a Nintendo
fan feel special.

The question is simple: if the good games keep
coming, are you okay with a quiet Nintendo?
No Directs. No big reveals. Just games dropping
on Twitter.
