QuadArt released their latest asset Survivor Base. It's an exciting new asset with lots of details which the preset placement doesn't reflect. Please take a look at the asset description on the Unity Asset Store. This video is a quick showcase of the placement using presets.

When you use the presets keep in mind that the buildings are ground objects, ie have a clear and a height stamp assigned. If you combine their bounds, eg also with the big wall, you may need to adjust the blend options depending on your terrain and requirements.
