License to Kill Fast Animation (LTK FA) is a step above LTK in difficulty. As in regular LTK, you minimize enemy health and maximize the other enemy statistics in 007 mode:
Enemy health: 0%
Enemy damage: 1000%
Enemy accuracy: 100%
Enemy reaction speed: 100%
In addition, you turn on the Fast Animation cheat. This cheat makes enemies move at several times their usual speed. Under these conditions, some levels are much harder than in regular LTK.
Surface 1 is by far the hardest level I've beaten so far on LTK FA. It's harder than most DLTK FA levels I've done. I believe this run is the second completion on console. The first was by Henrik Norgren:

Henrik's run uses some advanced guard manipulation techniques to run around the snow field without being shot at. I was able to get some of his methods to work, but not all, so I had to come up with alternatives. I also picked up some ideas from Waffleboi5000's run on a modified PC version of the game:

For most of the level, the basic idea is to camp in a relatively safe place (such as one of the many towers and huts) and try to time the guards' respawns such that you can dash to the next camping spot before getting killed. There is a great deal of randomness involved, though, so the level requires a lot of luck.
In a few places, I was able to adapt part of Henrik's strategy. If I stand on the first tower in the level and kill a certain spawn guard, then he will respawn near Bond's starting point. As long as I don't look in that direction while I'm nearby, the guard will get stuck there and will never bother me again. This means that for most of the level, I only have three spawn guards to deal with instead of four. Near the end of the level, I make a trip to the vent shaft and kill the three spawn guards there in order to make them respawn in convenient locations. Afterward, I can walk along the wall with full lookdown in order to prevent any spawn guards from shooting me.
I had much more to say about the guards' behavior than I could fit in a YouTube description, so I wrote most of it in a forum post here:

The level might be possible on DLTK FA, but I would want to gain a better understanding of Henrik's strategy before trying it, since some of my methods in this run simply wouldn't work on DLTK FA. In the mean time, I think I'll try to finish LTK FA by beating Statue, the only level I have left.
