The the premise of this hack, created by codefish1002, is to explore what could've been done with assets found in the gigaleak as well as some of the existing content found in an early build of SMW shown in old magazines.
The hack's title is Super Mario Bros. 4: What Could've Been (C3 Demo Release), but it was previously known as Super Mario World but Beta.
This demo features 7 levels, but the creator plans to continue the project and add more levels in the future.
