Well okay, most of it. The titlescreen obviously isn't a thing you'll find ingame. The music was also something added during editing, but every instance of that Super Mario Land death jingle is all 100% ingame.
Insurgency suddenly becomes incredibly difficult to play properly when you're half-pissed and laughing into your keyboard too much to pay any real attention to your surroundings.
