This is a Game Freak-developed RPG published by T&E Soft for the Super Famicom in 1997. That seems like a weird combination, but the end result is a game that's nice to look out, sounds decent, and employs a blend of overhead and horizontal viewpoints to get you through the game's world. I think it has a certain charm to it, just not that creepy floating cat thing.
