Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for watching! Today I’m sharing my witchy vlog celebrating the summer solstice (or Litha or midsummer).
I am so excited because today I am makig Elderflower Champagne. I made elderflower cordial last year, which I loved but I fancied giving this a go this year. I have included the ingredients below if you’d like to make this yourself. I will also share how this turns out after a couple of weeks.

Elderflower champagne
14 medium bunches of elderflowers (apologies - in the voice over I accidently say 4, but its roughly 14 – you can see the amount of elderflower I have included)
1 litre of freshly boiled water
2 ½ litres of cold water (I also added a further ½ litre to the mixture on the third day as it looked too syrupy)
550g sugar
1 tbsp local honey
Juice and rinds of 2 lemons
2 tbsp acv with the mother
1/4 tsp English wine (added on the third day)
A scant pinch of baking yeast (added on the third day)
