An audacious attempt to answer one of the most existential questions in FRC: "What is the formula for success?" In this presentation, I will explore the essential aspects of successful FRC teams, using my 13-year journey on Under Control as a foundation. By separating the important factors of success into those that are critical for all excellent teams and those that are consequential or secondary, I will seek to distill my vision of what the formula for success is in this program. This will begin to answer how we can maintain the correct direction to preserve or replicate that success.
