We all want to get to a point where we just don’t care anymore about our ex. We’ve been through so much pain and heartache that we just want to be able to move on and stop feeling anything for this person who doesn’t deserve more of us.

Becoming indifferent, moving on, and letting go of that relationship and all the feelings that are associated with it is not an easy thing to do.

You’re probably trying really hard, but unfortunately, you’re doing all the wrong things. You don’t realize that half the things you’re doing are actually contributing to you staying in a place of being triggered, feeling angry, and feeling bitter.
