I've been meaning to try lightweight camping for a while and those of you who know me know that I normally carry out about 20 to 25 kilos in weight this time i carried about 8 kilos for everything so it was a unique experience for me and one that I enjoyed and I'll keep trying to better this each time I go out on these sort of camps. I hope you enjoy the video. remember I know this is not ultralight or lightweight camping but for me it is!
The Devil's Punch Bowl is a 282.2-hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest east of Hindhead in Surrey. It is part of the Wealden Heaths Phase II Special Protection Area It is a large natural amphitheatre and beauty spot.
Legend says that the Devil lived at the 'Devil's Jumps', near Churt. He would torment Thor, God of Thunder, who lived at Thor's Lie (Thursley), by jumping from hill to hill.
