These silver coins used to have a fair premium over spot but for the last few years have really exploded in premium over spot begging the question of "are these collector coins now" with the high premium to purchase? After all - if you are "saving" or "hedging" I'm not sure handing 50% in premium over right out the gate is the best approach!
