With this, as long as your bike is not despawned/impounded, you can dupe any mission without worrying about getting permanent blips. You need to start BMX or NRG-500 with OM0, then start Firefighter during it to cancel. Each time you do it, a blue blip indicating the vehicle will appear. Also, if both missions have already been passed, it wont increase the mission attempts stat.
Since it was at the beginning of the game, I had to do it 130 times to reach the max amount of blips, but as more blips are added as the game is advanced, it will need less than this (fast food restaurants after Ryder, clothes shops, GFs). Since this is just a demonstration, I used cheats and the tool OM Changer to seepd things up.
