Another character that has been a long time coming, but it had to take a while due to several complications and hiatuses. Eitherways here is Akechi from Persona 5! I would have preferred to have him in his Black Mask outfit instead of the Prince one, however the Last Cloudia sprites I edited to make this character only included the latter as collabs tend to do.
His moveset is detailed in a README file as usual.
