One of the two unused Sunny Beach minigame themes heard in the August 11th, 1999 Preview build of Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!
It's not used in-game, so it's not confirmed that it would be used here, but it is present between the themes for Sunny Beach and Ocean Speedway, meaning there's nowhere else it could have gone. This is further supported by the fact that there's two variants of the theme, matching the two stages of the minigame.
