I got these on eBay. These toys were released around the time The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie was released in 2004. I couldn't figure out what the proper product name for the toy pair is but they laugh, sing, and tell jokes with each other.
I remember seeing a review video on these once before, but I can't find it anymore...
