This video shows how you can isolate a single color in an image, so that every other color in it has zero saturation, or is black and white. I also explain why this effect may not work as well in some images, and how to improve the color coverage and fix some pixelation. The concept is still the same if you want this effect on a video, but you may want to automated/keyframe the lumination and highs/lows to compensate for the changing exposures.
