Yesterday we had PlayStation release a video where the PS5 architect Mark Cerny spoke with Jack Huynh from AMD where they openly talked about next generation technologies that is going to power PS6. And it will indeed focus on machine learning and ray tracing, with some new compression tech for asset streaming as well! Big stuff going on for next-gen, and there's been a ton of negative press surrounding Microsoft and their next-gen plans as well so we cover all that going on. Elsewhere in the week we have more merch news for the Gear store and a new DualSense, the PS Concert cancellations, written reviews for the PS Store, AND Sony getting cozy with Giant Squid. And who can forget Marathon, Ratchet & Clank's lost mobile game, and Modnation Racer? I certainly can't. Modnation was a GOOD GAME MAN. And I'll stand firm on that, ya heard.
