Lots starting at 30,000 key money and 30amp service $250 a month rent and 50amp service $300 month rent
Tiny houses allowed only
Note: For any off grid homes off grid solar or wind power must be installed exclusively by off grid contracting on site if allowed on the property
Also dogs are allowed but must be cleaned up after and lots can be fenced with approved fencing
Water catchments must be to rear of homes
