Here's some footage from the past 6 months or so, compiled in to a little video. Lot of good training in the past few months with a couple scattered injuries in the summer, but ive been feeling good lately and training has been rewarding as well...buuut it's starting to get colder so I probably won't get out as much until spring time.
Super grateful for all the people, places, and experiences in my life. Thank you.
Hope you enjoy, thanks for your time!

It's been a rough winter. Sometimes you just want to quit for the whole season, and yet any time its even somewhat warm, we'd go out and take forever to warm up, slip around on frost and wet stuff, and then go home when it gets too windy. So here is a bunch of clips from sessions mostly like that.
I'm really excited for it to warm up, so I can get out and experience, collaborate, and share more!

Fall has been pretty good for training here in Colorado Springs this year. Lots of challenges I had to fight super hard for, and lots I had to make my peace with. Also lots of cool people trained with me, those in the video as follows:

It's starting to snow more often now, so I'm going to try and make the most of the warm days until spring shows up. Super happy to be training, filming, and sharing lately. Thank you so much to you for watching, sharing, and letting me know what you think. The support over the years has been invaluable. I hope to keep going strong :)

Training this summer has been a wonderful adventure, I've been learning a lot about the world, my friends, and my self. I love to see what the world has to offer, and in turn what I have to offer the world.
There is still a lot of work to be done and I still have a lot of improvements to make in terms of my mobility, knowledge, and technique, among other things.
I'm going to Seattle at the start of next week so if you'll be around and want to connect, message me!
Keep track of my training and content on instagram if you're into that kind of thing: http://www.instagram.com/dantegrazioli

I have been recovering from a hip dislocation back in February and still have a lot of recovery to do, but I'm happy with my progress.
I've been training parkour full time for a while now and I am really enjoying myself. There is still so much work to do and so much more art to create/abandon.

Last month I dislocated my hip and injured my knee while training.
Ben filming at sessions and also have some spare clips from the past.
I want to start making a lot more videos, and was considering the idea of a patron for content, so let me know if thats something you’d support or not!
Heres a bunch of clips from training sessions from the springs from the past while.
Im healing up well and am hoping to be able to train at full capacity in the next few months.
Hope you’re doing well, thanks for watching!

Here is a little video I filmed yesterday. This is nothing more than a bit of maintenance training. I'm slightly injured (Foot/Ankle) but I'm still good to train as long as I don't get too crazy. This video is pretty tame, featuring a lot of fundamentals and other movements I've been able to do for a years, but I wanted to see how well I retained a lot of this stuff since my training contains far less repetition and drilling than it used to. When I was younger an average day of training could look similar to this, but nowadays I tend to do less work on retaining and more work on new challenges and skills, not to mention I train more parkour movements (this video is 100% flips). It was fun trying to see how many single tricks I could do in one consolidated area in a relatively small amount of time. However, there are actually a ton more flips and tricks I am capable of, which is crazy to think, considering this video has 52 different tricks and variations! Lastly, this was super tiring, and the closest thing to cardio I've done in a long time, and you can see me get sloppy after only a couple tricks haha!
Leaving to Greece for Red Bull: Art of Motion in only 5 days. Excited but nervous!
Take care,
Dante
