as it turns out the strat I was using for luigi to get the clean long jumps is slower with mario than her strat. Because of that, I had to cut the animation of grabbing the cloud flower power up out to compare.
0:30 - I'm not sure if I grabbed the right luigi clip. I timed them all first before the mario clips and maybe deleted the wrong one? I'm too lazy to look through 2 hours of luigi footage again to find out.
1:28 - This wall jump for fast strat is necessary to save a cloud. You could land on the question mark block, but I found this too finicky.
1:35 - I long jump approximately in the flower ring. This gives slightly more height than the back of the tree, which allows you to get onto the lone cloud at the end.
