From what we've learned from this series, the level of crime does not seem to matter sometimes. Sly Cooper's broken justice system is certainly something that brings up a lot of questions, especially ones surrounding the Panda King. For all the crimes he had committed in the past, why was we he set free so easily?

Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time’s Concept Presentation (Greenlight Presentation) has surfaced completely out of the blue. Before Thieves in Time came a concept titled Sly Cooper: The ThiefNet or Sly Cooper 4: Time Bandits.
There’s a very likely possibility that this PowerPoint Presentation IS THE presentation Sanzaru Games brought up in past interviews. Sanzaru around 2008-2009 approached Sony in the hopes of greenlighting a Sly Cooper sequel. Sanzaru approaching Sony gave life to the Sly Cooper Collection (2010) and a sequel Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time (2013).
Originally, Sanzaru games had envisioned a Sly Cooper sequel on a handheld device (NGP; PS Vita) with social networking features, co-op DLC episodes as well as Murray Races.
