Trial and error is the name of the game here at my sawmill as I work to find the perfect layout for my one-man operation. With an endless supply of logs to get sawn, anything I can do to speed up the process is welcome. Today I try out what many of you have mentioned as a good option for my operation; a dedicated slabwood trailer. With some fresh pine logs all ready to hit the sawmill, I"m putting this trailer into action in hopes that the perfect layout has been found.
