After struggling with crashes on the Skyrim Anniversary Edition attempting to use Project Proteus, and with FamiliarFaces no longer working there, I decided to buy the classic Legendary Edition which is still possible if you purchase CD-keys of the physical copy which I did from an American site which allowed me to then activate the key on Steam which enabled me to download the no longer sold on Steam version, to finally get my dream mod setup working. Using a combination of Familiar Faces and Project Proteus, I spent 8 hours meticulously creating a full roster of 12 custom characters (plus one modeled after myself) to inhabit the same world.
In this video, I walk through the character creation process for every race—from my blonde Nord and vampire characters to my "scary-attractive" Orc and female Khajiit. You’ll see me activate them in the Shrine of Heroes, summon them into the game, and test them out as a massive squad.
The Roster:
Nord & Vampire: Dual blonde leads.
Breton Thief: My resident werewolf.
Redguard & Forlorn: Assassin and Scout.
The Orc: Masculine strength with feminine beauty.
The Elves: Dark Elf Witchblade, High Elf Mage, and Wood Elf Ranger.
The Beast Races: Feminine Khajiit and a male Argonian.
I ran into a 10-follower limit due to Nether’s Follower Framework, so two characters had to be cut from the active party, but the final result is a custom army of followers that actually work!
