In this stream I reluctantly played Sky Shark by Taito (1988) for the Everything C64 Discord November Challenge.
I actually like the arcade game Flying Shark but this port is abominable! I've seen people getting millions but I'm missing something because I get killed in seconds. The collision detection is incredibly unfair; you have to be fairly accurate to hit the enemies but they only have to fart in your general direction and you're dead. They don't even need to touch because your hit box is larger than the sprite!
Anyway I managed a score of 86,830 and that's enough of that crap, thank you very much!
